Noor Lilah Wati has 20 years of experience in risk management and risk-based internal audit services. Prior to joining Tricor Axcelasia, Noor Lilah Wati was an Internal Auditor and a Risk Facilitator for Faber Group Berhad and was subsequently attached to UEM Land Holdings Berhad as the Head of its Risk Management Unit. Her last position was Risk Manager for UEM Group Berhad.
Noor Lilah Wati has vast background in developing business continuity management. She had been given the responsibility to enhance the business continuity management for Faber Group Berhad. She was Business Continuity Coordinator for UEM Holdings Berhad and Business Continuity Project Manager for UEM Group Berhad.
She has also led and completed risk management, internal audit and quality audit for various industries such as banking, share issue, cooperative, construction, property development, hospitality, hospital support services, facilities management for commercial and airport, aviation industry, plantations, power plant, futures trading, ventures management, highway, petrochemicals industry and the oleochemicals industry in Malaysia, Vietnam, India, Abu Dhabi, Indonesia and Kazakhstan.
Noor Lilah Wati has profound knowledge in Control Self-Assessment (CSA). She was a team member responsible to implement CSA for 88 hospitals across Malaysia. Besides that, her strong knowledge in certifications and accreditation benefited her when she successfully assisted Faber Group Berhad and Faber Medi-Serve Berhad to obtain ISO 9001:2008, OHSAS 18001, and ISO 14001 certifications. She was also a Consultant for National Heart Institute in obtaining Joint Commission International (JCI) accreditation.
Noor Lilah Wati is also experienced in developing policies and procedures and implementing the improvement programmes which include Six Sigma and 5S.
