The Control Issue Manager (CIM) module allows for the documentation and tracking of control weaknesses and issues to resolve. The CIM module is to be integrated to the remaining modules, where issues can be linked to. This includes the following modules:
- RCSA
- KRI
- LED
What the system can do for you
By having a centralised library for tracking of all Control issues, management can easily view all related control weakness wherever it originates from regular control reviews, active KRI tracking, or from identified loss events. This limits issue duplication and simplifies issue rectification processes.
