Brynner is an Associate Director of Tricor Taxand.
He graduated from New Zealand with a Bachelor of Business Studies degree, majoring in Accountancy. He is an active member of the Technical Committee (Indirect Taxation) of CTIM, of which he is a member. He has been involved in tax compliance and advisory engagements for MNCs and local companies in a broad range of industries in both Singapore and Malaysia. He specialises in Goods and Service Tax and Sales and Service Tax and also has direct tax experience for corporations and individuals.
