Elysha has over 12 years of working experience with Tricor Axcelasia focusing mainly on Enterprise Risk Management (ERM). She has been a team member in ERM engagements for various companies of different business natures including Automotive, Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, Transportation, Infrastructure and Utility Services, Printing and Publications, Leadership and Corporate Governance, Biotechnology, Property Development, Construction, Supply Chain Services and Steel Manufacturing.
In these assignments, Elysha is responsible for performing business risk assessments including assisting in identifying and assessing the risks for these companies. She assisted clients in strengthening the ERM framework, including enhancing the risk awareness amongst the employees and developing roles and responsibilities for risk management. She has assisted and also conducted risk assessment workshops facilitation and development of key risk action plans, including the review of risk action plans implementation status for these companies.
Elysha also performed the ERM gap assessment on the Company’s existing ERM framework and prepared a report of the gap assessment result and key suggestions or recommendations towards achieving the ERM best practices. She assisted in the implementation of Risk and Control Self Assessment (RCSA) project in the national reinsurer organisation, and also for one of the leading Government-linked companies with diverse and global interests in the automotive, equipment, manufacturing and engineering, and oil and gas industries.
Elysha was part of the team for Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) for the Corporate Registrar, where her work activities involved reviewing and analysing the overall internal workflows, redesigning and recommending the business process transformation for the optimisation of the internal processes. Besides being involved in the BPR, she was also a part of the IT track team in preparing the Request For Proposals (RFPs) for the Corporate Registrar.
