Thang Mee Lee is an Executive Director of Axcelasia Taxand Sdn. Bhd. She graduated from University of Malaya with a Bachelor of Accounting (Hons) degree.
She is a member of the MICPA and the CTIM. Mee Lee has extensive tax experience with leading international accounting firms in Malaysia in the areas of tax compliance and tax consulting for various industries. She has significant experience in engagements relating to all aspects of corporate and personal tax matters including advising on tax issues related to human capital such as share plans and related structuring issues for a wide range of multinational entities as well as local enterprises. Mee Lee also has considerable expertise with respect to the oil and gas industry, and petroleum income tax and has significant experience dealing with the Ministry of Finance in advising on and structuring tax incentives.
