Thisha is an Associate Director of Tricor Taxand.
She is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), UK, a Chartered Accountant of the MIA and a member of the CTIM. She has over 13 years of experience from working in the assurance and tax line of services. She has been involved in various tax consulting projects for domestic and multinational companies in a wide range of industries, including telecommunications, manufacturing, hospitality, education, services and trading sectors. Highlights of her experiences include spearheading tax incentives lobbying with the Ministry of Finance, assisting clients with tax audits and liaising with the Inland Revenue Board on the settlement and conclusion of tax audits. She has been involved in numerous tax due diligence exercises, restructuring engagements and global business integration projects to improve international tax efficiencies and cross border transactions.
