His experience includes engaged cross-functional teams in software development, system consultants and business development, sales and marketing and BPO.
Jay Ron has led and completed project assignments for many organisations operating in various industries such as infrastructure projects; trading; technology; financial institution, manufacturing (various industrial and consumer products); oil & gas; automotive; power & energy; property development; construction and leisure & hospitality.
He has led and successfully completed many system project implementation assignments in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines and Hong Kong. Jay Ron was based for 8 months at Standard Chartered Bank in Hong Kong for the Y2K Project and he has successfully migrated the Human Resource and Payroll Systems.
Jay Ron has assisted many organizations in the area of system automation and digital transformation especially in Human Resource Management, turnkey projects and GRC solutions.
Prior to his current appointment with Tricor Axcelasia, he served as Regional Consultant in Pre-Sales and Post-Sales for Cyborg System (USA Incorporated), as Regional Operation Manager at Hewitt Associates, Regional Sales Director for e-Unite (Thailand Incorporated) and General Manager in IFCA Malaysia. Jay Ron enjoys working with people at all levels and he is passionate to introduce technology automation to businesses.
